ABI Multifamily has brokered the $3.3 million sale of a 46-unit apartment community in Mesa, Ariz. Vice President Ryan Smith, along with Partner Eddie Chang, represented the buyer in the transaction. They were joined by John Kobierowski, Alon Shnitzer, Rue Bax, and Doug Lazovick. Located at 654 S. Stapley Drive, Stapley Place has two-bedroom units only, with an average size of 797 square feet. Each unit has its own HVAC system, while common amenities include a pool, laundry facilities and covered parking.
