City of Mesa AZ Planning & Zoning Meeting Wed 17 Jan 2018

Chairman Michael Clemente makes sure all blue cards are collected with some of the side-conversation caught on mic that all public comments collected are treated equally.
The first few minutes of the streaming video are unusual to note so please pay attention and listen carefully as the Chairman goes over organizing how to organize all the comment cards.
This is a meeting lasting almost two hours.
