4 Downtown Places > Real Estate Walk-Arounds On/Off Main Street

Very happy to report that one of downtown Mesa's most unique properties has changed hands in a recent sale to new owners, The Beattys who have experience operating other food establishments, according to a brief conversation with two guys who were working on the place earlier today.
Plans are to re-open some time in February under then same business name "Inside The Bungalow".
The NWC of Robson/Main, with the 15-story high Courtyard Towers rising in the background, has been vacated by Floating Lotus Yoga Studio.
What's next at this point in time is unknown.
Brick House Vintage Marketplace is close by and with the fairly recent sale of the LeBaron Building and 212 and 214 W Main to a holding company that also owns The Sliver Lot across Main Street on the south side,
plans appear to be in development for "Burgers Amore" in the same block where Oro Microbrewery and Worth Take-Away Sandwich are located.
About a month ago LBH Custom Crafts LLC opened at the long-vacant 156 W Main Street, next to Jarrod's Coffee & Tea Gallery.
A saleswoman in the store didn't seem too enthusiastic to say much about the new business or why decided to open here in downtown Mesa except to state "They have a friend . . . "
The company's business cards states they have wood and canvas paintings, etched glass, decals, wine racks, custom gifts and more . . .

Have no idea why - and surprisingly so - Asylum Records @ 108 W Main, in what used-to-be the open courtyard space @ Chandler Court, looks empty with everything except for a few posters removed from the windows
