Your MesaZona blogger doesn't want to 'throw any buckets of water" approaching what city officials are doing at Study Sessions, but please take the time to see how nervous they are right from the start where Mayor John Giles has to carefully call on City Attorney Jim Smith to make a disclaimer . . . it's just a presentation and introduction; no votes will be taken.
Apparently - just from some opening remark - the city is experiencing difficulty competing projects due to competition for contractors, or so that's what they say . . . Pardon the following comment, but are they expecting the public to eat the same dog food they are feeding each other
