Mesa City Council Meeting Tuesday, March 24th > "NOT AVAILABLE" 2 Days Ahead-of-Time

"The Mesa City Council believes that providing access for citizens to communicate with the Council is vital for a strong representative local government"
OK. sounds good, but they can do better!
Make that 'limited access' . . . Let's be honest that there is careful planning well ahead of time to prepare the agendas for both study sessions and regular meetings.
Citizens really need more than one day to access, to view, to read and to understand what is on the agenda.

Another example:
"For the meetings that allow for public comment, written comments are encouraged.
At least 30 minutes prior to the meeting, please submit comments via our online card.
Additionally, comments may be made in-person by submitting a blue card at the Council Chambers during the live-stream of the meeting.
Because of the current public health emergency, members of the public are encouraged not to attend the meeting in person. . ."
BLOGGER NOTE: Please take the time to check if that link works for you to complete the comments cards and ask whether comments are still limited to three.
It's also important that all comments submitted are published in the public interest.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 2 STUDY SESSIONS ALL-IN-A-ROW BEFORE THE NEXT SCHEDULED REGULAR MEETING
