A 45-Minute Night-Time ceremony with restrictions and limited invitations at the city-owned outdoor event space Mesa AmpiTheater - it could also set the stage for The Inauguration "Mr. Mayor". It's nice to see less POMP and more emphasis on CIRCUMSTANCES: The City of Mesa is the fastest-growing suburb in America that's for sure, but all that comes at the same time COVID-19 transmissions, deaths, risks and economic impacts are WORSE now than in June 2020, in spite of the city officials spending more than $132M in federal funds they called "Pots of Money" for Aid,Relief + Economic Security Are we better off now or was that planning incompetent, inept and/or corrupt?
