District 2 re-appointed member of the PZ Board Shelly Allen broadcasts via Zoom from what looks like her home kitchen in a face close-up. Presiding over this public hearing - with four members present in The Upper Chambers is Deanna Saucedo-Villanueva. For good reasons there are a number of persons present who mostly express opposition to an industrial development in close proximity to more than 1500 homes and residences. Most opposition arises from property owners in Lehi Crossing. This public hearing is about an hour long.
