Pentagon Technologies Group Inc., a prominent player in the semiconductor supply chain, has recently revealed its plans to construct a state-of-the-art precision cleaning facility in Mesa, Arizona. With an investment of $50 million, the facility is expected to be operational by late 2024 and is projected to generate approximately 300 new jobs.

Pentagon Technologies Group is investing $50 million in a new semiconductor equipment cleaning facility in Mesa that is expected to create 300 new jobs.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the California-based company has begun construction on the 65,500-square-foot space, which will be the company’s largest precision cleaning facility with “state-of-the-art technologies.”
The facility, which will be operational in the fourth quarter, will be located at View 202, a phased industrial project near Ray and Ellsworth streets in southeast Mesa.
Dave Christeson of the Pentagon: “Our facility will be able to provide industry leaders with precision cleaning of the industry’s most advanced semiconductor tools.” We are excited to be able to offer so many new jobs in such an exciting industry to the people of the Mesa area.”
