The
president's office announced that Sébastien Lecornu had tendered his
resignation on Monday morning, hours after his new government had been
announced.
"Mr Sébastien Lecornu has submitted the resignation of his government to
the president of the republic which he accepted,"
----the French presidency
said in a terse statement.
