PUBLIC NOTICE  Proposed Rulemaking for New Source Review Posted on: 2016-09-23 12:26   Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for amendments to the state’s New Source Review (NSR) rules.  The amendments are designed to cure deficiencies in the NSR rules identified in a limited approval/limited disapproval published by the United States Environmental Protection Agency in the November 2, 2015 Federal Register. The amendments also contain provisions to streamline permit processing and to reflect the availability of the myDEQ web portal for processing certain general permits.  The NPRM is available in the September 9, 2016, edition of the Arizona Administrative Register.
