VIRTUAL PLATFORM Mesa City Council Mon 06.15.2020 / Remote Location: Mesa City Manager's Meeting Room

Looks like all the six district council members are present on the multi-screen as Hizzoner the Mayor does the roll call.
It's followed by the first time in Mesa's history a proclamation to honor Juneteenth, as John Giles works on being more politically-correct.
The mayor appears very subdued and a bit confused and hesitant
Public Information Officer Kevin Christopher gets time to read the entire Consent Agenda, with some items removed for individual consideration and discussion and - surprisingly - members of the public are participating.
City Manager Jim Smith interjects comments.
NOTE THAN 4 PEOPLE IN CHRIS BRADY'S MEETING ROOM INSIDE CITY HALL ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH CDC GUIDELINES.
The City Manager's Meeting Room is tight quarters with everyone not at a safe distance from each other. (Guy in white shirt-and-tie??)
Unlike other public City Council meetings for the past three months, Chris Brady is definitely in the dimly-lit background background.

The City's Budget for next year needs to get approved by June 30th.
