1 Call meeting to order. Chair Sarkissian called the meeting to order at 3:31pm 
2 Review items on the agenda for the April 27, 2022 regular Planning and Zoning Board Hearing. 
3 Hear a presentation, discuss, and provide direction for a proposed development on approximately 27 acres, located generally at the southwest corner of University Drive and Mesa Drive. 
This site was previously known as "Site 17" or "Transform 17". 
4 Planning Director's Updates. (The items in the Planning Director’s Updates are not for Board discussion and no Board action will be taken on the updated items.) 
5 Adjournment. Approved (Vote 7-0)
