On 21 April, US Central Command posted a video of EA-18G Growlers launching from a Red Sea carrier ‘for an attack on Houthi rebels in Yemen’.
- The War Zone identified a rare four-missile loadout of AGM-88s, typically used to destroy enemy radars.
- These AARGMs can strike targets over 80 miles away and are effective even if radars shut down or move.
Houthi forces have downed 12 MQ-9 drones since October 2023.
On 22 April, Al Masirah TV said US airstrikes hit Sanaa, Kamaran Island and parts of Marib.
Al-Hadath claimed weapons depots were targeted.
