"Tessa isn't like the stereotypical idea of a mom. The last time we met, she was taking an hour off from shagging a 22-year-old in east London while he waited for her in their hotel room.
Tessa's not her real name, but I can say that she's 49-years-old and was celibate for seven years while she was raising her 15-year-old son on her own. Now that her son's gone to live with her dad, Tessa says she feels like she has her life back. Using dating website Toyboy Warehouse, she's fulfilled almost every sexual fantasy she can think of with younger guys.
There's still no clear scientific consensus on when men and women hit their sexual peaks and how we can even define a person's sex drive, beyond the rudiments of how well our bits reach to stimulation. But I chatted to Tessa to get some of her insight on sexual fulfillment, contentment, and the quiet joy of getting crotchless pants delivered to your parents' house . . . PHOENIX April 20, 2016 - The American Lung Association’s 2016 “State of the Air” report found Phoenix/Mesa/Scottsdale the fifth-most polluted metro area in the nation for ozone. Compared to the 2015 report, Phoenix has cut ozone slightly. This is in keeping with a trend seen across the nation of lower ozone pollution levels. 

Increased heat, changes in weather patterns, drought and wildfires are all related to climate change, which has contributed to the extraordinarily high numbers of days with unhealthy particle pollution in some cities, including Phoenix.

What Can You Do to Help Reduce Dangerous Ozone Levels?
Valley residents are encouraged to:

• Reduce their driving.
• Limit engine idling.
• Carpool, bus, telework.
• Refuel after dark.
• Refrain from using gasoline powered garden equipment or charcoal BBQs.
• Schedule painting projects during the cooler months, and when painting, use water-based products.

Additionally, active adults, children, and individuals with respiratory problems should limit prolonged outdoor exposure.

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Hosts Airport Development Forum

Phoenix-Mesa (Arizona) Gateway Airport Authority (PMGAA) recently hosted international and national airport developers, operators and investors, as well as other aviation-related companies for a three-day event designed to create awareness and educate aviation industry leaders about development opportunities available at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The event was part of the airport authority's proactive planning for future development of more than 1,000 acres of aeronautical and non-aeronautical land located adjacent to the airport's runways and roadways.
As part of a strategic initiative called enVision Gateway, representatives from companies in Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, Puerto Rico, and across the United States were provided helicopter and bus tours of the Phoenix East Valley so they could experience first-hand the growing strength of the region's thriving economy. In addition to learning about development opportunities at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, attendees also heard presentations from leadership of the Arizona Commerce Authority, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Maricopa Association of Governments, and a panel of East Valley Economic Development Directors. At the conclusion of formal programming, select attendees participated in one-on-one meetings with airport staff and state/regional officials to discuss development opportunities in greater detail.

"We are pleased that so many industry leaders representing aviation companies around the globe were able to join us for our enVision Gateway event," said PMGAA Executive Director/CEO Jane Morris, A.A.E. "Many in attendance were surprised by Greater Phoenix's robust economy and impressed with the facilities and infrastructure available at Gateway Airport. The airport looks forward to continuing the dialogues started during the event."
