Investing in the development of staff strengths and skills in an effort to boost their confidence and productivity is key to igniting the transformations our libraries are so keen to make in the 21st century. Turning meaningful conversations with community members into new programs and experiences that meet their needs begins with a helpful library worker receiving the needed support to try new things and take risks to accomplish goals. This conference is about empowering yourselves and your staff to be the change-makers in our communities as we work together to transform our libraries.
