What's Next for "The Mesa Way" ?? Citizen Oversight On Spending For "Special Interests"

It's time - way overdue - to do exactly that. Just one clue when the city's Chief Financial Officer happens to mention to a reporter four years ago that he had no idea there was an organization named Truth In Accounting.
How transparent, accountable, reliable and accurate were the financial statements prepared or were the books cooked? Worse yet the City's Audit Department is under-staffed. Don't get the results - and a clean audit for the required CAFR - City's Annual Financial Review - hire a different firm.
Fudge-The-Numbers? No problem.
