Planning & Zoning Board: 2 Sessions This Week: Wed 13 May 2020 3:00 pm

Here's a clue: way too often meetings of this group take place "under-the-radar". 
The study sessions have not been broadcast. 
One item THE PLANNING DIRECTOR'S UPDATE usually has no record available to the public - and usually never appears in the approved Minutes.

Here's the P & Z Board Meeting from April 22, 2020 - it's only about 6 minutes long. You can see how there's is a spill-over to Wednesday's meetings as well as a requested continuance to May 27th

PLEASE NOTE:
To decrease COVID-19 exposure, the City Council Chambers is closed, but public participation will be available electronically and telephonically and listening to the meeting will be available telephonically. 
Members of the Planning and Zoning Board will conduct their study session meeting via a telephonic conferencing platform, and the live meeting will be accessible telephonically.

Public participation will be available electronically and telephonically.
