There were two Virtual Platform sessions: one - "A Special Study Session" - started half-an-hour late called to order at 3:00 pm rather than the scheduled 2:30 p.m.
The other - "A Special Board Meeting" - started at 4:00 p.m. The streaming video uploaded and inserted farther down is the second meeting. It is also also the last meeting of the year.

It's interesting to note that the only item asked to be removed from the entire Consent Agenda is Item 3-a to approve a new car wash business at Eastmark. Staff Planner Wahid Alamides was shown on remote for an application with the applicant aslo present on remote to field any comments or questions.
There were two comment cards read out that opposed the item.
