I Love Mesa Day celebrates essential workers
The City of Mesa and Downtown Mesa are hosting a festival to celebrate the community's essential workers that held our community together over the past year and a half. The all-day celebration kicks off at 8:00am with a farmers market and continues throughout the day with live music, games, and sales.Stay until festivites end at 10:00pm for a special show with Young the Giant.

This meeting includes an update on the development of a new Regional Transportation Plan. On June 23, 2021, the MAG Regional Council approved the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Planning Principles and Investment Plan that will serve as the basis of the extension of Proposition 400, which is set to expire at the end of calendar year 2025.

Audra Koester Thomas, MAG Transportation Planning Program Manager, will review the investment plan and next steps associated with the RTP’s development.
