GET WIRED: You'll be glad you did!

When you sit down to process the world, you face a choice.
You can become absorbed in the powers that be and decide to interpret them through the wild interconnected networks of the conspiracist. I’ve done that.
You can look at the big bold names who run your industry, who run the government, and see how many of them serve on each other’s boards. I’ve done that too. Still do. A lot.
Or you can look at just how much of the world is now available to anyone with a reasonable network connection and a desire to understand.
Things seem pretty grim, but I have kids to raise, and that’s what I’m going to show them: Instead of worrying about other people’s power, think of what you’ll download.
Hopefully you can do something better with it. . .

Life Is Great in the Age of No Secrets

It was fun looking at the world as a huge conspiracy theory, but then I realized: There’s no such thing as hidden knowledge.
