AVDIIVKA FRONT
According to Russian sources, Russian forces capture the northern part of Ocheretyne and broke towards Arkhanhelske.
Given how extended that line is, DPA do not expect this line to hold, as it would likely be vulnerable to being cut off or have resupply/reinforcement becoming an issue.
Russian forces also expanded their control south of Novobakhmutivka according to Ukrainian information, while Russian information suggest that the Russian forces captured Soloviove.
Ukrainian forces allegedly withdrew from Soloviove towards Sokil.
DONETSK FRONT
At the Battle of Krasnohorivka at the Donetsk Front, Russian forces raises the flag in the center of the city just off the southern part of the industrial zone.
Another geolocation of Russian forces unloading troops near by confirms Russian capture of the region. Given this development, the entire open ground east of the geolocated position (south of the railway line) is also likely to be fully under Russian control as per suggested by Russian mapping.
Russian mapping also suggest that the entire southern neighborhood of Krasnohorivka had been captured.
This development opens up possibilities for Russian forces to ignore the entire eastern part of Krasnohorivka – which is where all the heavy fortifications are; and just hit westward towards Ukrainian rear positions, in order to create further chaos in Ukrainian battle plans.
Russian forces also creep further northwards at Urozhaine with their assault covered by Russian air strikes.
