At the Avalon Air Show in Australia, Boeing announced its intention to conduct an air-to-air missile test from its MQ-28 Ghost Bat combat drone by the end of 2025 or early 2026, as reported by FlightGlobal. This phase represents a significant step in the aircraft's development, which has so far been tested mainly for non-kinetic missions such as electronic warfare and surveillance. Steve Parker, interim president of Boeing Defense, Space & Security, confirmed this objective during a media roundtable, emphasizing the company’s intent to accelerate the MQ-28’s development and expand its operational role. As reported by Praise the Steph on March 24, 2025, the Czech-made Dita 155mm 8x8 self-propelled howitzer has been integrated into the armament of the Ukrainian National Guard’s 13th Brigade of Operational Assignment ‘Khartia’. This marks the fourth National Guard unit confirmed to operate the system, following the 3rd ‘Spartan’ Brigade, the 12th ‘Azov’ Brigade, and the 16th Artillery Brigade. On March 25, 2025, Israeli company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems announced the signing of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) during the opening of the AUSA Global Force Symposium & Exposition in Huntsville, Alabama. This agreement aims to evaluate and refine the SPIKE missile family to better align with the U.S.

 


On March 14, 2025, the Russian company Zala Aero reported that its Z-16 reconnaissance unmanned aerial system (UAS) had returned to its crew following an attempted intercept by a First-Person View (FPV) drone. According to the operator, the drone was damaged by shrapnel during the encounter but managed to return independently despite losing its communication link.
