The adaptive re-use of an historic property from 1894, this site of The Alhambra Hotel on the Nation Register of Historic Places, will now become The Alhambra Residence Hall for students attending Benedictine University [approximately 50 at full capacity]
It's a good example of the kind of small and incremental regeneration in The New Urban Downtown that keeps Mesa unique.
