3 Hours + 20 Minutes: STUDY SESSION Remote Zoom Multi-Screen TeleConference From The Lower Chambers Mesa City Council

There was a lot "on the table" for Thursday's early morning study session in the Lower Chambers that has been closed to the public to decrease the risk of COVID-19 exposure - but please note than none of the salaried full-time city officials are wearing any facial masks or protection from transmissions.

Nonetheless, these more than three hours of a streaming video are certainly an opportunity for the general public to watch-and-listen to some of the city leaders who are talking heads on-screen from their "work-at-home" safety.
Also pay attention to what the mayor and the other six city Council members have for their talking-points over the course of three hours and through three presentations
Pay attention to the opening 17 minutes if you have a short attention span. . .
Opening remarks by City Manager Chris Brady and City Attorney Jim Smith
