Fundamental constraints on the economy have not changed

June 5 -- Lawrence H. Summers, former U.S. Treasury Secretary, says that the rebound in U.S. hiring in May does not change the fundamental constraints on the economy. 
He cautions that the bounce-back in the labor market could reflect earlier optimism rather than current conditions
