For some reason (unknown at this time) Brother John and Brother Christopher appear uneasy and uncomfortable - hesitatingly going through the usual motions of the City Council's mediocre Mental Group-Think.
In the middle of the week Hizzoner John Giles made his State-of-The-City Speech 2021 - two months later than usual - not on any stage in the usual month of February, but delayed for two months in a virtual 'blended reality" platform Wednesday, April 20th.
The beauty of watching these on YouTube uploads is that you can activate Closed Captions and fast-forward to any segment that interests you.
