Five Year Rule ReviewFeedback WelcomeThe Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is required to review its rules at least once every five years and prepare and obtain the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council’s (GRRC's) approval of a written report.1 As part of this process, ADEQ would like your feedback on the Air Pollution Control rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), specifically Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 13 (State Implementation Plan Rules for Specific Locations). These rules were developed to comply with the federal Clean Air Act, including, but not limited to, Titles I and V of the Clean Air Act. Your comments will be included in ADEQ’s Five Year Rule Review Report to GRRC.
