Ukraine's Defense Ministry orders 300 Vector drones from German company
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has ordered 300 additional medium-range reconnaissance Vector drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from a German Quantum-Systems GmbH company.

Quote from the press-service of the company: "The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has placed a third order of 300 VectorTM systems, following two earlier orders of 105 Vector systems in January 2023, and 33 Vector systems in August 2022."
Details: Since August 2022, the Vector system has demonstrated its unprecedented effectiveness in the harshest conditions.
Specifically, it was noted that Vector is being widely used and tested on the battlefield in Ukraine, where it "has proven to be an asset for military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations".
Vector is very maneuvrable and gets ready for work in two minutes. He facilitates a non-stop indication of enemy targets regardless of weather conditions, gains velocity of up to 72 km per hour, and endures long flights.
The company stressed that by using advanced possibilities of artificial intelligence, Vector gives the Ukrainian forces the opportunity to quickly gather crucial intelligence and achieve strategic advantage."

Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has ordered 300 medium-range reconnaissance drones of Vector type from German company Quantum-Systems GmbH, company’s press service reports.
It is informed by Censor.NЕТ referring to Interfax-Ukraine.
- This type of UAV provides real-time aerial reconnaissance data in an efficient and user-friendly form thanks to built-in artificial intelligence, and the system also frees the operator from constant video monitoring. Built-in algorithms allow to automatically identify objects and immediately transmit key intelligence information to the ground.
- To further support Ukrainian troops in their defense against the Russian aggressor, Quantum Systems recently opened a service training, support and logistics center in Ukraine. The center provides training for operators on the use and maintenance of the Vector system and serves as a local procurement center for spare parts and repair services.

Zaluzhnyi shares counteroffensive plans with Milley and asks for long-range projectiles
Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, had a phone call with General Mark Milley, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Details: Zaluzhnyi revealed that he reported to Milley about
- the situation on the contact line,
- further plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concerning the liberation of the Ukrainian territories and
- possible actions of the Russians.
- He added that special attention was paid to the supply of armament, military equipment and ammunition. Long-range projectiles are one of the priorities for Ukraine.
Quote: "I have informed General Milley about Russian massive attacks with cruise and ballistic missiles, combat drones and guided aerial bombs. It is important to work on strengthening the air defence of Ukraine with additional air defense systems and F-16 fighter jets. We have agreed to keep in touch."
