Russia's President Vladimir Putin is holding talks with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko. Lukashenko's first visit to Russia since he helped broker a deal to end mutiny by Wagner group. Belarusian leader said he was 'keeping' Russian Wagner mercenaries in central Belarus. Russia and Belarus both say Ukraine's counteroffensive against Russia has failed.
