Our Mission is to connect communities and generations to ancestral knowledge and practices through artistic cultural preservation and programs that celebrate Chicano, Latiné, and Indigenous heritages. SEE YOU TOMORROW AT PORTAL FEST! We are excited to feature some amazing O'Odham artists and cultural performances tomorrow at Cultural Coalition's 5th Annual Portal to the Past Festival at the S'edav Va'aki Museum from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.! Featured Artist Demonstrations Nicol Carlos - Traditional Pottery Lynn Hubbard - Mesquite Paint Cory Hubbard - Paddle & Anvil Pottery Gregory Hill - Traditional Spinning Tops All Festival activities are FREE, including Museum admission, thanks to support from AZ Humanities, TCC Rocks, Raza Development Fund, S'edav Va'aki Foundation, Phoenix Office of Arts & Culture, Arizona Commission on the Arts, and individual donors. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Parking is FREE at the Museum Taco Bros Food Truck will be serving from noon to 4 p.m. Artists will have items for purchase in the Museum Store Toka Match is from 10am to noon in area north of parking lot Festival activities are inside & outside the Community Room The Museum is located at 4619 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ RAIN or SHINE!
