Judge Blocks Trump’s Funding Freeze, Saying White House Put Itself ‘Above Congress’
The
ruling extended an order barring the Trump administration from
withholding billions in congressionally approved funds to states. The
judge said that the lawsuit came down to a case of executive overreach.
