Call for Artists: Mesa Street Mural Request for Qualifications (RFQ) We are excited to invite artists to apply to create a street mural crosswalk for RAIL CDC’s Neighborhood and Corridor Resilience Program to be installed before the end of the year.  The project is funded by AARP through the Community Challenge Grant, led by RAIL CDC, in partnership with LISC Phoenix and the City of Mesa.
