EU Finally ADMITS What They Want To Use Russian Frozen Assets For! 
The EU leaders are looking to use the Russian frozen assets to buy weapons for Ukraine. They are also looking at way to make use of even more Russian frozen assets in order to be able to provide Ukraine with a “mega loan”. 
 
The EU leaders have all expressed their support for Ukraine and have stated their desire to purchase more weapons for Ukraine.
