He has also accused the EU of overreach and has stated that the situation cannot continue.

Dmitry Peskov and Dmitry Medvedev have both warned the EU in regards to taking the Russian frozen assets and giving it to Ukraine.
Finnish PM Petteri Orpo has stated that the EU must stand united and invest together, as Russia poses a danger to all of Europe.
He also advocates for the EU to become a defence power.
