This notice is provided as a courtesy to the public that three or more Commissioners may be present at the above location. The Commissioners may attend seminars, lectures, classes and/or social events during the dates specified herein at varying locations.

The Commissioners attending this event will not vote on any issue or discuss, propose, or take legal action related to their official duties with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The public, an applicant or applicant’s representative, are reminded not to discuss with any Commissioner a matter that is pending before the Commission

Accordingly, no legal action will be taken, and the event is not subject to Arizona's Open Meeting Law, A.R.S. §§ 38-431 to -431.09.
