Zelenskyy clarifies whether partners are restricting Ukraine's use of their weapons for strikes inside Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that partner countries are currently imposing no restrictions on Ukraine using long-range weapons that they have supplied for strikes on Russian territory. However, they are not currently providing weapons that could be used for such strikes.

Details: Asked whether Ukraine's partners have placed any caveats on their weapons being used for long-range strikes against Russia, Zelenskyy said: "In my view, we have moved into a phase where we use what we have, and what may not be used is simply not being supplied to us."

Venezuela’s acting President Delcy Rodriguez was warned that she needs to allow the U.S. unfettered access to the country. 
Trump and Lindsey Graham have also talked about US tariffs and have stated that India is still buying Russian oil, something which the U.S. is unhappy about.

President Trump has also stated that the U.S. will get all of it’s money back, referring to the money that Joe Biden has given to Ukraine.

US President Donald Trump has said the US will be able to get back all or "even more" of the funds spent on assisting Ukraine in the war.

Details: The US president said the war in Ukraine is not an economic issue for the US because Washington receives money every time it sends something to Kyiv.

Quote: "(Former President Joe) Biden gave US$350 billion, gave it away. Now, I've got a lot of it back because we did a rare earth deal, going into rare earth...
