A Dust Advisory is in effect tonight for visibilities at or below 1 mile. Storms are likely to remain SE of the Phoenix Metro, but strong outflow winds up to 30-40 mph are expected to surge through Pinal and Maricopa Counties this evening resulting in dense blowing dust. If you are planning to travel along I-10 and I-8, please exercise extreme caution
