America can't afford to lose its small business sector.  Guillies outlines the urgency for crisis response and long-term policies to support new and small businesses. Entrepreneurship advocates at the local level – community organizations, local governments, and financial institutions are working together to address needs, but the federal government needs to take action too, so small businesses can weather this immediate crisis and rebuild for the future.

Mr. Humphrey has been the Executive Director of Sunshine Acres Children’s Home for the past 9 years and has maintained the organization’s 65 year legacy of operating without government funding or fundraising.
