The National Tactical Officers Association 16th Annual Conference

The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for law enforcement officers to enhance their negotiation skills, network with others who share the same mission and learn the latest negotiation techniques through a variety of seminars and incident debriefs.
The NTOA, along with the Mesa Police Department, is busy planning an outstanding training experience attracting attendees from the United States and Canada
Crisis negotiators respond to the most serious instances of human drama, those of life and death. Emotions are often high and out-of-control, and the mission of crisis negotiators is to peacefully resolve a crisis through the application of strategy and techniques learned from effective training and experience.
