1 Call meeting to order.
4 Take action on the following cases:
> ADJ 20002 BOA19-00847 - District 1.
550 West 9th Street. Requesting a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow an enlargement of a nonconforming structure for a second-floor addition to an existing multi-residence building in the RM-3 District.
4230 East Hale Street. Requesting a variance from the minimum side yards to allow for an addition to the existing home in the RS-15 District.
The Seven members conduct public meetings to hear and decide upon requests for:
- Variences
- Special use permits, and
- Interpreations of the City of Mesa Zoning Ordinance and Sign Code.
