At more than 2 hours long, this is a lengthy session with City Manager Chris Brady stepping in early to try to explain certain things. . .
As you can tell by the screen-grab with Ass't City Manager Natalie Lewis caught in an awkward expression, she's not the only one around the tables in that mode ....and BTW:
