Eastmark Community Facilities District No. 2 Board Meeting Thun23 Jan 2020

Typically, these board meetings get little attention and are usually brief, only two or three minutes. even though every member of the Mesa City Council is ex-officio on the board. CFD Board meetings are usually scheduled at the same time as City Council Study Sessions.
Today is another one of those scheduling plans, where attention can get siphoned off by other items.
There are two additional members, Sally Jo Harrison, President/CEO of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, and David Short, head of the Downtown Merchants Association.
At certain times of the year - the Annual Budget Hearings, the Eastmark Community Facilities District No. 2 does get some attention, as you can see in the screen grab to the right >
