EPA Seeking to Interview Water Systems for Supply Chain Case Study Does your public water system serve 10,000 to 100,000 people? Have you experienced supply chain challenges? If so, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) may want to include you in a case study on supply chain challenges for utility companies. How does it work? EPA is interviewing medium-sized water systems about their experiences with supply chain challenges (e.g., treatment chemicals or other critical supplies) and best practices for adapting to them. Participants will inform a case study, potentially with accompanying video, in an effort to support water sector preparedness for supply chain disruptions. Step 1: If interested in participating, contact Gabby Minton at Minton.Gabrielle@epa.gov. Step 2: If your system is identified as a case study participant, EPA will first schedule and hold a 30-minute project overview call (assessment questions will be shared at this time). Step 3: One-hour call for the case study assessment and discussion.
