WHOA! In less than 8 minutes there are no inquiries from any of the six elected district reps about items in the next meeting agenda, while the mayor prefaces his remarks on various generalities and the likelihood of zoning cases going smoothly.
District 4 Council member Jennifer Duff admits publicly she's totally ignorant
about water wells. City Manager Chris Brady responds by saying there's lots of them
all over the place and goes on to say there are "Bread-and-Butter" items.
They go into Executive Session to consider candidates for City Magistrate and retirn
with a 4-3 split-decision.
