CGTN reporter Wu Lei sat down with the former Brazilian leader to discuss her priorities during her term in office as NDB chief. The NDB was established in 2015 by the BRICS group of nations – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. Its membership is open to all UN member nations. In 2021, the NDB admitted Bangladesh, Uruguay, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt as new members."
