Online | Register via GoToWebinar > On June 30, 2023 the rulemaking docket was opened for the adoption of drinking water maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) as AWQS. Since then, we have developed a standardized approach for reviewing drinking water MCLs for the classification as an AWQS and have made the determination to adopt the following seven MCLs: - arsenic,
- bromate,
- chlorite,
- microbiological contaminants,
- haloacetic acids,
- total trihalomethanes, and
- uranium.
