Tesla AI5 Optimus Chip Finally Enters Production!

Tesla's next-generation AI5 chip has officially completed "tape-out" and is entering prototype manufacturing to power the Optimus humanoid robot and Tesla's supercomputer clusters. Samsung Foundry is manufacturing the chip using its advanced 2-nanometer (SF2T) process at its Taylor, Texas facility
