Paul Gosar Boasts of His ‘Thug Life’ Cred as His Own Family Demands His Ouster Over Violent Murder Video

ocdn.eu/pulscms-transforms/1/-sXktkuTURBXy9lOWRiMW...

"Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) appears to be relishing the backlash over his decision to share a violent murder fantasy on Twitter even after the move got him formally censured by the House. Just hours after he was stripped of all committee assignments on Wednesday, the Arizona Republican took to Gettr to share a meme boasting that he’d gained some kind of “thug life” cred.
The “Gosar Life” meme featured a photo of the lawmaker with dark sunglasses and an oversize gold chain superimposed over him—along with a supposed joint sticking out of his mouth.
He captioned the meme “can’t keep me down” and in an accompanying video accused Democrats of attempting to “take away my America First agenda.”
It was not immediately clear what the “America First agenda” had to do with the anime video he shared that depicted him murdering Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
> He has refused to apologize for sharing the video and blamed his own staff for posting the violent clip, which he claimed was an innocent depiction of a “policy battle.”
> He then retweeted the video late Wednesday, even as his own family condemned him for it—with his brother calling for his expulsion and even suggesting criminal charges. “I believe he’s dangerous, unhinged, and is reckless,” Tim Gosar told MSNBC in the wake of the House censure. “And is somebody that, as I’ve said before, needs to not only be censured but he needs to be expelled.”
[. . .] “To be honest with you, it is about time,” Jennifer Gosar told MSNBC, calling the anime video shared by her brother “sinister” and “bone-chilling.” She said the video marked an “escalation” in the lawmaker’s incendiary antics, noting that “this is not the first time my brother has threatened the life of representatives.”

Several of Paul Gosar’s siblings have spoken out against him in recent years as he has gone further and further off the rails. Just a month after inciting Trump supporters ahead of the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol riot and reportedly offering a “blanket pardon” to Stop the Steal organizers, Gosar spoke at a far-right, white-nationalist convention. . ."

Paul Gosar responds to House censure by posting a #gosarlife meme on Gettr and retweeting the same anime video about AOC that got him censured

". . .on Wednesday, Gosar refused to apologize for posting the video on the House floor, comparing his censure to Alexander Hamilton's.

Rep. Paul Gosar was censured on Wednesday for an edited anime video that depicted him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Hours after the censure, Gosar re-tweeted the AOC video.

Gosar then made a post on social media platform Gettr on Wednesday night, re-posting an edited image of himself complete with a heavy gold chain and shades superimposed onto his face.

The image featured the words "GOSAR LIFE" — a reinvention of the #thuglife meme often used to highlight "gangster" or explicit behavior from teens.

Gosar captioned the image with the phrase "can't keep me down," and also made a video statement on the platform.

"I just got back from the floor with the Democrats, who have censured me for challenging their America Last agenda. They should know I won't be bullied, even if they challenge me and try to take away my America First agenda," Gosar said in his video statement. "It's great to be on a service that's not going to be censored. And if you like cartoons, I love that. I'm looking forward to having a great discussion with you soon."

Another Election in the Books:
The Third Quarter at the Recorder's Office

Read the full third quarter report here.

Dear Maricopa County:
Another election in the books. Our third election of 2021. This time, ballots went out to roughly half the county’s eligible voting population, and 308,268 people cast ballots. The results of the jurisdictional elections are available here: Results.Maricopa.Vote
You probably didn't hear about the administration of this election. That's because the election administration was smooth, uneventful, and – dare I say it?! – boring. Read my full letter and report here to see the list of many others who supported making this election a success.

Thank you.

Stephen Richer
Maricopa County Recorder

P.S. I realize the third quarter ended over a month ago, but we waited until after the November jurisdictional election to send this update.

SPACE ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYSTEMS: Successful space operations depend on dominating the electromagnetic spectrum

L3Harris to Upgrade Space Force Counter-Communications Via $125M Contract

  • Delivers electronic warfare upgrades the Space Force's first weapon system
  • Shuts down adversaries' satellite communications to safeguard U.S. military operations
  • Follows 2019 development contract to update Counter Communications System Block 10.2

L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX) received a $125 million multi-year contract to produce space electronic warfare systems that safeguard U.S. military operations and warfighters.

Under the Meadowlands production program, L3Harris will upgrade 16 Block 10.2 versions of Counter-Communications Systems (CCS) operating in Peterson Space Force Base, Colo., Vandenburg Space Force Base, Calif., Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla., and multiple international locations.

“Successful space operations depend on dominating the electromagnetic spectrum,” said Ed Zoiss, President, Space and Airborne Systems, L3Harris. “Denying our enemies the ability to use their space assets protects U.S. warfighter operations.”

The current generation CCS Block 10.2, also developed by L3Harris, reached Initial Operating Capability in March 2020, making it the first offensive weapon system accepted by the US Space Force. L3Harris began development of the next-generation Meadowlands upgrade in 2019 under the Combat Mission Systems Support contract.

CCS Block 10.2 is the Space Force’s only ground-based space control platform providing warfighters with modular open-standards for electronic warfare. L3Harris is at the forefront of providing tools that enable or deny the electromagnetic spectrum in the contested environment. Meadowlands is just one of a number of capabilities offered by the company that protect U.S. forces and ensure any potential adversaries are at a disadvantage in the space domain.
