MAG Region Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program
FTA guidelines allow large urban areas to directly administer the
Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with
Disabilities Transportation funds. This has resulted in modifications
for the submittal of the FTA Section 5310 applications in the MAG
region. On October 25, 2023, the Maricopa Association of Governments
Regional Council approved the request for the City of Phoenix as the
Designated Recipient of FTA funds for the Phoenix West-Goodyear-Avondale
Urban Area.
- Agencies applying for Section 5310 awards in the
Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale (PMS), or the Phoenix West-Goodyear-Avondale
(PGA) Urban Areas will apply through the MAG application process in
coordination with the City of Phoenix Public Transit Department as the
Designed Recipient.
- Agencies with services outside of the MAG region
will apply through the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT)
application process. ADOT contact information can be found below.
- For
further information on where your agency should apply, please refer to
the MAG Regional Boundary Map under the Resources link below.
