it's just another :Pie-In-The-Sky Dream"that would radically transform The New Urban Downtown Mesa.

A 14-15 story building plopped-down on top of a 1-acre parking lot is way out-of-place and way out-of-scale in Mesa's unique historic district.
It's not a pretty picture and it is not real.
